Qatar Airways Inaugural Flight Events

Yangon now stands as Qatar Airways’ 10th gateway within the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), adding to its successful operations in Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Bali, Ho Chi Minh City, Jakarta, Hanoi, Singapore, Manila, and Phuket. This also marks the airline’s 119th destination worldwide. Qatar Airways entrusted MEMC with overseeing the Flight Inaugural Events in Myanmar alongside DG Global. With pride and seamless execution, MEMC managed the Airport Ceremony and Press Conference for the acclaimed five-star international airline.

The arrival of flight QR 618 from Doha to Yangon marked yet another significant milestone for Qatar Airways. Many aspects of the Airport Ceremony were coordinated directly among Qatar Airways, the Airport Authorities, and MEMC.

The day following the arrival of flight QR 618, a Press Conference convened to provide key media outlets with deeper insights into the brand values of the five-star airline. Invitations were extended to all forms of media, including TV channels, newspapers, journals, foreign correspondents, and radio stations. The morning event showcased Qatar Airways' brand highlights through a combination of presentations, a question-and-answer session, and one-on-one interviews, followed by an informal lunch.

Every aspect of the Press Conference reflected the prestigious five-star brand, from the choice of venue to the stage setup, furnishings, and audiovisual arrangements. Working closely with Qatar Airways, we ensured that all requirements for the press conference were meticulously met.
